Laughter to Shift our Stories
Laughter is medicine. Come de-stress and learn ways to shift your limiting stories and destructive patterns through the use of humor. Experience gentle curiosity and compassion combined with exercises that will make you release feel-good hormones (endorphins). You will examine your limiting beliefs in a whole new light and gain tools that will help you on a path to greater joy and empowerment.

Join us for a journey where we will illuminate, transform, and shift our stories through mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, and gentle yoga. From awareness to movement, let’s harness the wisdom and power of our bodies to reconnect us to joy and fulfillment.
